Joice Espinoza, a rising Filipino singer and recording artist from Olongapo City, continues to make her mark in the music industry. She first draws attention at ten when she represents the Philippines at the Princess of the World pageant in Pomorie, Bulgaria, performing in singing and modeling.
Her national breakthrough comes in 2023, when she joins ABS-CBN’s It’s Showtime: Tawag ng Tanghalan (Season 7) and earns a Daily Winner title. The following year, she appears on GMA Network’s TiktoClock—Tanghalan ng Kampeon as a Daily Contender, gaining further recognition on national television.
In 2024, Joice releases her debut single, “Pangako Mo,” under the guidance of her talent manager John Rey Malto, with arrangement by Adonis Arcilla and production by Marvin Querido. The song quickly gains online attention, surpassing one million views, and earns multiple nominations and awards, including a nomination for Best New Female Artist at the 37th Aliw Awards. In 2025, she is named Influencer Singer of the Year at the Influencers Watchlist Awards.
Joice draws inspiration from both local and international artists, including Ariana Grande, Gigi De Lana, and Lea Salonga, and she also plays piano and guitar. She navigates the challenges of public life while advocating for mental health awareness among young people.
Her team is planning to release her new single, “Hanggang sa Muli,” under Viva Records later this year. For Joice, music is a way to express herself and connect with her audience. From performing as a young representative of her country to establishing herself as an award-winning artist, she continues to emerge as one of the promising young voices in Philippine music.
